Junked Afghanistan Chevrolets
"We were out on patrol on the outskirts of Pol-e-Charki Afghanistan when we stumbled upon this Soviet-era junk yard. Inside there were all types of scrap vehicles to include airplanes, helicopters, motorcycles, and tanks. In and amongst this were about 8 early-1950s Chevy Right Hand Drive and 1 late-1940s Left Hand Drive Chevy 1 Ton pick-ups. Not much left, but the chrome that was left was pristine due to the arid high altitude resting place. Needless to say they are not for sale, unless you want to pay the Taliban."
From USAF LT 'Buck' in Afghanistan
"Steve, I have attached some pics of a '66 GTO I found on a trip to Georgia. It's a numbers matching 2 door post car. It's for sale, but for what he wants you could buy a running driving car...very sad. Keeing my fingers crossed.....I have always wanted a convertible."

All That's Left of a SS Camaro Convertible
"Here are some pics I found of a SS Camaro convertible near a state park here in Ohio. Whoever put it in it final resting place cut it in half with a torch right through the bumpers and all, the interior was never there or the vin plate. I found this car about 30 or so years ago. I finally took some pics."
